PAID, HUMAN-LED ASSESSMENT

AI Use-Case Readiness Assessment

Understand what must be in place before your next AI decision.

A paid, human-led review of one AI workflow: what supports the next step, what must close first and who is accountable.

For business sponsors, technology teams, operations and governance reviewers considering a pilot, launch or expansion of authority.

READ THE METHOD / PREPARE THE RECORD

A guide to the decision. Working records to support it.

The downloads explain the service and help you prepare. A completed workbook is a customer working record; it is not a delivered professional assessment. No sign-in or contact details are needed for these preparation materials.

YOUR INPUTS

Bring accurate context and the records you already have.

To begin, identify a responsible business owner, a technical contact, the intended workflow and the decision needed. During the review, your team supplies the following context and available evidence.

Business purpose and decision

The problem, intended benefit, current stage and next decision you need to make.

Workflow and authority

What AI drafts, recommends, decides or does; who relies on it and what happens afterward.

People, places and data

Affected groups, operating locations, data categories, sources and destinations.

System and suppliers

Application, provider, relevant version/configuration, integrations, permissions and dependencies.

Responsible people

A business owner and technical contact, with relevant operators and specialist reviewers.

Available evidence and constraints

Existing procedures, agreements, evaluations and approvals; known issues, rollout plans and missing facts.

Unknown or unavailable information stays visible with an owner and a next action. Confidential records are shared only through the agreed engagement channel.

THE REVIEW

Seven areas. One defined workflow.

We agree the depth and applicable references for each area before work begins. Planned safeguards, documented procedures, operating evidence and test results remain distinct.

Purpose and accountability

Define the actual use, operating boundary, approval authority, operator and escalation responsibilities.

Regulatory and policy scope

Review agreed jurisdictions and reference requirements, supporting facts and specialist questions. Areas outside scope remain not assessed.

Consequences and safeguards

Consider affected people, impact, reversibility and relevant privacy, security, fairness and reliability safeguards.

Supplier evidence

Examine what available documentation and terms establish for this product, configuration and intended use.

Authority and oversight

Review permitted actions, approval boundaries, intervention, stop controls and fallback arrangements.

Evaluation and operations

Review available acceptance criteria, tests, failures, runbooks and incident arrangements. New testing is separately scoped.

Business value and cost

Challenge benefit assumptions, adoption and full operating cost. Keep capacity gained and supported cash savings distinct.

The free regulatory screener covers selected EU AI Act and NYC hiring-tool questions. Broader assessment coverage must be expressly agreed. Specialist interpretation and new technical testing are separately scoped.

YOUR DELIVERABLES

A recommendation you can inspect and act on.

DeliverableWhat you receive
Executive decision briefScope, principal findings, recommendation and leadership decisions.
Use-case recordPurpose, owner, affected people, data, suppliers, authority and deployment stage.
Applicability review recordAgreed requirements and sources, scope findings, rationale and unresolved questions.
Evidence and findings registerMaterial observations linked to supporting records, conflicts and limitations.
Prioritized action planActions, accountable owners, target dates or checkpoints, dependencies and closure evidence.
Decision and reassessment recordCustomer decision, conditions, accepted limitations and changes that reopen review.
Findings walkthroughA discussion to clarify findings, correct factual inaccuracies and agree the handover.

Receive the agreed report and editable working registers, followed by a findings walkthrough. Each material observation connects to sources, limitations and a practical next action.

THE NEXT-STAGE RECOMMENDATION

Proceed, proceed with conditions, or hold.

Proceed within scope

The reviewed evidence supports the defined next stage, subject to stated limitations.

Proceed with conditions

A bounded next step may be appropriate with restrictions and checkpoints. Prerequisites close before the activity they govern.

Hold pending further work

Material evidence, safeguards or required decisions remain unresolved. The report explains what must change.

If information is insufficient for a recommendation, we explain what is needed. There is no combined approval score. Your organization retains deployment approval and risk acceptance.

OPTIONAL PLATFORM CONNECTION

Keep the basis of the decision connected.

For a combined engagement, agree the reviewed records to establish in your private Anvaylo workspace, enabled functions, access roles and handover responsibilities.

Walk through the agreed source links, findings, owners, status and available report with your team. Accepting a source or proposed record does not approve a deployment or close a finding.

Setup and record entry are scoped work. Automatic imports from free tools, custom integrations, continuous monitoring and recurring expert review are agreed separately. Customer workspace support is confirmed before commitment.

HOW THE ENGAGEMENT WORKS

Agree the work before it begins.

Assessment only

Report, editable registers, findings walkthrough and handover. No mandatory platform subscription.

Assessment with Anvaylo

Add agreed workspace setup and handover. Subscription capacity and charges are identified separately.

Follow-up review

Arrange later review of closure evidence, pilot results or material changes. Additional delivery is separately scoped.

A written proposal confirms scope, stakeholders, information handling, timing, fees and deliverables. The assessment supports a defined decision; it is not legal advice, certification, an independent statutory bias audit or an assurance opinion.

YOUR NEXT ACCOUNTABLE DECISION

Bring one use case. Prepare the next decision.

Start with a short description of the workflow, its current stage and the question your team needs to resolve. Please leave confidential records and credentials out of the initial request.
