What the free trial is

You can sign up for a free workspace with your email address and use it without paying.

The free trial lasts 720 hours (30 days) from the moment your workspace is ready. It is counted once and is never restarted.

Anvaylo offers Free and one Paid subscription arranged by custom quote. No payment is taken for the free trial and Paid cannot be purchased through self-service checkout. Paid service starts when Anvaylo arranges it with you under your agreed quote or agreement. Quoted prices exclude applicable taxes, which Anvaylo will tell you about before you commit.

The Sample Company is an illustrative company in your workspace and never counts toward your limits. Free includes one environment. Moving to Paid retains your company and existing work in that same environment, with the capacities agreed for your account. Free reports are limited and watermarked; the detailed final report is available on Paid.

Anvaylo is for users aged 18 or older who act for a business or organisation, and its initial supported markets are the United States and Canada. The sign-up form asks you to confirm that you are 18 or older and signing up for a business or organisation that you are authorised to act for (self-confirmed, not verified). It does not check age, country or authority to act for a company.

What the service is

Anvaylo is a customer portal for recording AI systems, reviewing proposed findings and producing evidence reports. Findings are proposals prepared by software for a person to review. An accepted finding records that reviewer’s judgement about the cited text. It is not verified fact.

Reports organise evidence for people to review. They are not a compliance certificate, a legal opinion or an automated scan, and Anvaylo does not tell you whether you meet any law.

Your account

Sign-in uses a one-time link sent to your email address. There are no passwords.

Each customer account has an owner. Inside a company, people hold one of these roles: Admin, Contributor, Reviewer, Viewer, Advisor. Admins can invite people and change roles. An invitation is recorded in the portal; it is not sent by email.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add. Anvaylo uses it only to run the service for you and does not sell it.

AI training is switched off. Anvaylo does not use customer content to train AI models or make sanitized contributions from it.

You must not upload highly sensitive information during the free trial, for example medical records, government ID numbers, payment-card details, passwords or biometric data. This is a rule, not a check: Anvaylo does not detect or block such content in uploads, so you are responsible for not uploading it. Ordinary business personal information may be uploaded where you are entitled to share it.

What Anvaylo does not promise

Anvaylo does not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation or the accuracy of any output. You review outputs before relying on them.

Support is best effort. Anvaylo does not guarantee support hours or response times.

The assistant

The assistant is available across the website and platform. On Free it answers from the approved help library and makes no generative AI model call. Help-library answers remain available without an agreed AI allowance.

The Free assistant uses your question to find approved help-library answers. It does not send your question or company context to an AI model provider. The assistant cannot change your permissions, subscription or records, and its answers do not replace your review.

AI-generated assistant answers on Paid are planned, not yet available. They require an allowance agreed for your account and verified provider terms and data handling before they are enabled. No automatic overage charge is authorised by these Free Trial Terms.

When the free trial ends

When the free trial ends without an upgrade, the workspace is archived for 720 hours (30 days). A Paid subscription arranged by agreement can restore it before the deletion date, retaining the same workspace and its existing work. After the archive period, deletion is scheduled subject to notice delivery, operator review and the deletion safeguards described in the Document Handling terms. Automated deletion is currently held; the archive period is not a promise that backups or provider copies are erased within 30 days.

Notices about the end of the trial are shown in the portal. Email notices are not sent.

Legal terms

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes are brought in Texas courts, after a direct attempt to resolve them. Anvaylo’s total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months or USD 100. This limit does not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence or liability that cannot legally be limited. You indemnify Anvaylo against third-party claims arising from your unlawful uploads, infringement of others’ rights or deliberate misuse.

The sign-up form asks you to accept these terms using a required checkbox that starts unticked, and to confirm in a second required checkbox that you are 18 or older and authorised to act for your organisation. Anvaylo records your terms version, acceptance time and user identity. These confirmations are your attestations; Anvaylo does not independently verify your age or authority.

Anvaylo may suspend access for an urgent security threat or where the law requires it, and otherwise gives notice where practical. Material changes to these terms receive 30 days’ advance notice by email to the account owner and in the portal, and ask signed-in users to accept again. Urgent legal or security changes may take effect sooner.
